Recs?

Anyone have any good recs on CDs/mp3s of meditation and relaxation techniques (not yoga). That search for non-prescription ways of dealing with my anxiety disorder is still a work in progress.

I'm trying to picture you meditating.

And I'm failing.

I haven't seen this CD on Walking Meditation by Thich Nhat Hanh, but I've read his books on meditation and they're very good.

He's got a really calm, reassuring way about him.

I think I would prefer a sitting or lying meditation, just because walking is hard on my knees and back.

I was looking for just a regular meditation guide by him, but didn't see one on CD. Most of this would probably work for just sitting, I expect.
