Lately, I've gotten sucked back up into BtVS&Angel. I'm waiting to get sick of it again so I can move on. Again. Doesn't help when a newbie discovers it, though.

well i know that too since in the next several weeks you're going to see me posting up my old buffy/angel stories as my site is no more and i'm moving it all slowly to A03

Ah. Well, I forsee using mine for other purposes someday when no one is visiting it for Buffy anymore. I could still use it as a writing online platform, etc.

nods. mine was shared and only one of us knew how to update it since it was much older and required software like dreamweaver. I'm looking for something slightly more canned and user friendly

Yes, if I were to use my current server space for a regular fiction platform, I'd likely invest in a new domain name so it has its own identity separate from all the fannish stuff.

pretty much it would have to be that way to be taken seriously i think. I'd rather keep the fans of my books (aren't I optimistic) out of my more personal life anyhow. This way I can link my writing blog to the site
